This is a 2018 pre covid unit. New it listed for $106,969.00 + tax. Has front living. Rear garage that can hold a Trike, golf cart, your electric bikes or what ever with plenty of room for extra items, see pics. All work and new items added with in the last 1 1/2 year. Winter of 2024 installed new residential refrigerator, 2 new RV batteries, 3 new slider tops. 2025 replaced 6 new G rated, 14 ply tires with valve stim pressure gages W/screen in truck. New TV in out side kitchen. Installed new washer/dryer combo. Didn't like the carpet so replaced it with stick and seal flooring in bedroom and living room, see pics. All furniture like new, no cracking or rips. Did remove passengers side couch and installed twin size day bed. If you don't want the bed we still have the couch to replace it. Has new love seat recliner with remote massage both sides.
Replaced the heavy limited access bathroom glass shower door with a slide and fold shower door. This shower door is great, it allows you exit the shower with no limitation on the opening for bigger men. Roller shades on all windows, the one over the dinette seating is new. 2025 had new motor installed on A/C in bedroom and wiring redone on front A/C. It has Solid quad entry steps. All doors are keyed a-like. 30,000 BTU stealth A/C system. Solitude Max-Built construction package. Electric fireplace, 12 v tank heaters, 6-point hydraulic leveling, convection microwave, heat pump A/C in bed room, power bed lift, 5 slides. Onan 5500 generator runs great replaced all filter and oil. Has 2 gray water tanks. Comes with 3 TV's and entertainment center. Out side refrigerator, gas grill, TV. A lot of storage in basement. 2025 Replaced all sealants on roof, Soft spot around stink pipe repaired with new sheeting and installed new stink pipe vent and attic vent on roof and 2 coats on roof with Henry's Topi Coat 2025. Comes with 4 cameras, 1 on rear, 1 on each side and 1 for back of truck to hook up receiver. More items to many to list.
This camper is used, not perfect, but in great shape and if something needed replace we did it. We have kept in pole barn when not in use since we have had it. Only used to go to Florida in winters for 3 months, then stored in our pole barn till next winter south.
