We are seeking both experienced cabinet builders and motivated entry-level candidates to join our team. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and an interest in woodworking, we’re open to training the right person. Experienced craftsmen are encouraged to apply, but we value attitude and potential just as much as experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional shop environment and is also interested in participating in on-site cabinet installation.
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Basic familiarity with carpentry tools and shop procedures
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented shop environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience building cabinets using plywood and hardwoods
• Knowledge of basic joinery techniques
• Comfort using equipment such as table saws, panel saws, jointers, planers, edge banders, etc.
Position Details:
• Full-time, W-2 employee (no subcontractors)
• Weekly pay
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No Fridays or weekend work
• Pay based on experience and aligned with the Knoxville market
• Paid time off offered based on experience and tenure
