Includes furnished (or unfurnished) bedroom, shared bathroom, shared in-home laundry, shared kitchen access, as well as storage in finished basement. Off street parking is available. Also included are high speed WiFi with Hulu, Netflix, and Prime video. First and last week’s rent plus a $100 security deposit required to move in.
