This outside sales/solicitation position would be best suited for someone that is financially stable, semi retired and/or is looking to supplement their income on a casual, part time basis. Compensation is on a residual basis, meaning that once you solicit and secure a customer, you will receive a fixed rate commission for the life of that account. The residual commissions start paying out 30-60 days from the day the account has been established. This is not a high pressure, high stress sales position, its more like a public relations position to get your foot in the door of a prospective customer. Once you gain the interest of that customer, there will be another individual that will take the lead from you and handle the rest. You will only need to spend 1-2 days a week or month, Monday through Friday, to achieve a steady long term residual income from this. You will be provided all sales literature and a pre selected, targeted list of prospective customers. After a few initial hours of time learning about the product and the best sales/solicitation techniques for the product, you will then be ready to go make it happen. You will virtually be your own boss and you will decide how you want to approach this opportunity, there will be no set quotas and no one supervising you. The following is a list of credentials that you will need to have, in order for you to be a good candidate for this position.
- Reliable vehicle. The lead list is within a sixty mile radius from the downtown Knoxville Tennessee area, and it is batched together by zip code. If you are effective and efficient at doing this, you will not be doing a lot of driving around.
- Professional appearance. The prospective customers will be on a professional management level and you will need to present yourself accordingly. You can dress casual, no need for any fancy corporate attire.
- Easy going personality. This is more of a one on one meet and greet position than it is a sales position. If you can interact and converse with strangers and easily strike up a conversation with them, then you should have success with this position.
- Financially stable. If you need an immediate income to cover your cost of living, this may not be for you. It may take a few months for a consistent residual commission income to start flowing your way, but once it starts flowing, it will be well worth the wait. The realistic, monthly residual income potential is like $1000-$3000 monthly, and that could be obtained with only a day or so of your time per week/month.
