Bought new in April 2025 from Crossville TN dealer. See photo of invoice. Paid $20,000. Only used a few times, never left the local area (Loudon / Crossville). A few hundred dollars of extra accessories included at no additional cost.

As far as I can tell, everything is in working order except for one ceiling fan. Sold as-is. Clean title in hand, no loan, ready to transfer to buyer. Unit currently located in Loudon.

If you are not familiar with LIV, their main plant/location is Americus GA. The units are extremely light weight. I liked this size because it includes a true roof-top a/c unit, not the smaller floor units found on smaller LIVs. This one also has some of the nicer 2025 changes/updates.

Was stored under a tree for a few months so you'll probably want to clean the exterior if you buy it, I don't know what these TN trees are but they drop some sticky black stuff.
