Rent will be $575.00 a month. Room available for rent 12-15-25. Must have verifiable employment, pass background check, landlord references and have transportation. Roommate only. $575 deposit required. I’m not in a hurry to rent the room. Personality as well as stability are most important factors.
Non-smokers including recreational smoking. Social drinker is ok. No Drugs/partiers. Room has a queen-sized bed and an L shaped desk with office chair, computer and printer. Excellent location that is only 3 miles from West Town Mall, 15 - 20 minutes to Turkey Creek and 15 - 20 minutes to downtown, 2-25 minutes to Oak Ridge. I have a 10-year-old rescue dog so roommate must be very pet friendly, and no other pets allowed. Washer/Dryer, 55-inch TV in living room, internet, Netflix, Hulu, Roku, Prime TV, and off-street parking with garage. Shared and furnished living/dining/kitchen areas. I have a small front yard, larger side yard and a fenced in back yard. Nice place for serious student/grad student or another professional male. No overnight guests allowed.
Income verification & background check required. Initial lease will be Month to Month with the option to convert to either a 6- or 12-Month lease. $575.00 rent/damage/cleaning deposit required. I'm a laid back no drama and prefer the same. Roommate and I will share responsibility to do routine cleaning of common living areas. Must have own transportation.
