Hi! I’m looking for a roommate who can pay rent on time every month. The ideal person is friendly, social, and very mindful of cleanliness. I have a room available in a clean, quiet, non-smoking, no-drugs, no-alcohol two-bedroom, one-bathroom upstairs apartment on East Parkway, Gatlinburg, with kitchen access and a shared common area. Rent is $400/month for single occupancy, including all utilities (water, sewer, electric, trash). The room is partially furnished with a bed, and the common area has furniture. A $200 deposit plus first month’s rent is required to move in, and only 30 days’ notice is needed if you plan to leave. Minimum stay is six months. No drama, no drugs, and rent must be paid in full and on time. Everyone shares responsibility for keeping common areas clean and safe. No overnight guests, parties, smoking, drinking, or pets.
