About Me:
43 year old male cancer survivor with mobility issues. Can take care of myself, so not looking for a caretaker. I do struggle with detailed cleaning, so if you are willing to take on that responsibility, I will reduce the monthly rent by $100. If not, I'll hire a cleaner. I am home most of the time, but I am pretty low key.
What I am looking for:
• Quiet personality
• Non-smoker
• No pets (per Landlord)
• No inside smoking or vaping.
• No drinking or drugs.
• Clean up after yourself (necessary and not part of the deep clean discount mentioned above).
• First, last and $750 security deposit due before move in.
Extra room could be made available upon request for aditional charge.
