So you need someone with an impeccable Background, good Manners, Friendly, Professional, Experienced with a good Driver's License with both Vehicle/Renter's Insurance, no Criminal or Alcohol or Drug or Smoking issues, no Pets or Kids(I love both but have none tagging along) who's got the following Talents:
✓ Great Cook, Chef, Outdoor Griller
✓ Great Housekeeper
✓ Great Personal Assistant to Individuals in Business settings and Families
✓ Great Caregiver to all including Handicapped and Elderly
✓ Great with Infants, Toddlers, Kids and Teens
✓ Great with Pets of all shapes, breeds and sizes
✓ Handy at Interior Decorating, Painting, Fixing things, light Carpentry, light Plumbing, light Electrical Work, light Landscaping, can start Fires well in Fireplaces and Firepits
✓ Can Sing, Play Instruments, do all kinds of Arts & Crafts, Storytelling, create Holiday Decorated Scenes inside and out, do Ventriloquism and Celebrity Impersonations, Comedy and so much more!
My Requirements as a Live-In Employee/Tenant:
✓ My own Room (and, if possible, Private Bathroom but I will be flexible for the Right Family or Individual)
✓ Wednesday and Saturday off if possible so I can do my Personal Business on those days. (I'm willing to alternate days as needed to accommodate you though.)
✓ (Optional but a needed Perk to assist me) A Vehicle to drive while mine is getting fixed. (Mine was vandalized and is in a Storage I pay for)
✓ My preference is to live in Knoxville or very close to it. I have Family nearby who I wish to live near and good upcoming events in my life here. Though I appreciate kind offers from People from other States, I'm unable to move far at this time.
✓ I'm highly allergic to Air Fresheners such as Febreze and Glade(sprays and plug ins), scented wax that gets burned in burners, Cigarette Smoke and Vapes (if you only Smoke outside I'm fine with it), and all Bug Sprays and ammonia so if that's a problem feel free to choose another Person for the position.
(I have no problem with Candles, Colognes, Perfumes and I can help rid any bugs using natural things I've helped others with before if needed.)
My Salary is totally up to you if you provide me a Roof over my head and my own Room (and hopefully a Private Bathroom if possible). If you can't afford to pay me but will House me and I'm treated with kindness and respect then that's not a problem. If you can House me and afford to pay me for my Services, I'm willing to accept whatever is comfortable to you. I've done this many times since my Husband passed away so I'm willing to be flexible so we both win. If food is included that's great but if not, I have a small income I can use to buy my own.
REAL ESTATE INVESTORS:
I have lived in Flip Homes and also Reno's and New Construction Homes live in and CleanUp where I did Security, helped with Cosmetics, Staging and some Reno Work so if you need someone for yours, I'm available.
