I'm going to try to keep this simple and to the point. I am a 40 yr old male. I am desperately seeking employment. I am very intelligent, and capable. I learn really quickly. I know how to be a good addition to a team, I know how to self motivate. I have a lot of skills and abilities that could be a great addition. I just ask that someone out there, give me a chance to prove it. I have 2 issues making it exceedingly difficult to find a good job. I have a criminal record from 20 yrs ago, and I have a diagnosed mild lower back issue. I am not a criminal, nor am I disabled. I made some stupid choices when I was 19 and have taken responsibility, paid the price, and have become a better human. Today's society just makes it almost impossible to be forgiven and given a chance to be better and succeed. That is what I am here seeking. I'm looking for $16<, bc life is expensive now too. Will be happy to discuss anything, with someone willing to give me a chance. I'm gonna try to post my indeed resume on here. If it won't and you might be that person, text me, please.
