The projected income as an RV Lot Owner with us is as follows –
Note: If your RV Lot has the following amenities: fireplace, kitchen and porch add an additional $25 dollars to the per night rate of generated income.
If you would like to keep your lot vacant - $58 per night
If you decide to leave your RV on your lot – $125 - $175 per night
Based on Good Sam’s 80% vacancy projections, with occupancy at 219 days out of 365 at 60% occupancy, as a lot owner your venture will produce approximately:
Just owning the lot - $6351 annually
Owning a lot with amenities or premium lot (fireplace, kitchen and porch) - $9088
With an RV on the Lot - $13, 680
With RV Premium (fireplace, kitchen and porch) - $16,425
The income generated between all property owners will be split 50/50 with the lot owner and park.
Additional information: HOA fees are quarterly at $250 per quarter. This will cover all maintenance of owner’s lots, sewer and water, security, trash removal, cleaning swimming pool and bath house and overall property upkeep. Each lot has its own meter, lot owners will be responsible for electric.
