Great pyrenees looking for new family (Lenoir city)

BACKSTORY We lived in Washington and just before a really bad blizzard we found him on craigslist from people begging to take him before they had to take him to an overfull shelter that 100% would kill him if he was turned in.
So we drove middle of the night hours in a snow storm to save him.
We have had him in our family and love him however discovered he was going to be a challenge with us having 4 kids and cats.
He has been around our 4 kids and is amazing with kids, he does get too excited and jump we are working on that
HE DOES CHASE CATS
Have not been able to break him of chasing cats...I dont feel like its he wants to eat them.... but I also haven't given him a chance to catch a cat...
I have introduced him to another dog in the passed no issues but it was through a fence and it was minimal time less than 15 minutes. So not 100 sure on how he would act with another dog? May be fine may be something to work into?
He NEEDS a fenced in area to run if you have a farm thats fenced in and he can chase off intruders that may be his calling.
He is a big marshmallow who just wants loves but we don't have the extra time needed for his care with everything going on...
He will come with all his things, food and water bowl , leash, bed, inside/transport kennel, blanket for kennel, toys
Can discuss a rehoming fee just to insure hes going to a good family.
