For sale is an immaculate 1997 Taylor 710. I’m the second owner, and have only had it out a couple of times since I bought it. The original owner bought it for his daughter who never played it.
Other than some light swirling on the pick guard, I can’t find a mark anywhere on her.
The top is spruce and the sides and back are rosewood, I’m not sure whether Indian or Brazilian, Taylor wasn’t able to confirm either way.
The action is great! I play fingerstyle and the guitar is set up for a very light touch, the picture shows a dime under the twelfth fret.
Included is a Fishman Acoustic Matrix Natural One pickup and the original Taylor hard shell case.
The 90’s are considered Taylor’s Golden Age. If you've never played one from this time frame, they have a full, rich sound and a faster neck than Taylor’s that came after.
Used prices are all over the place on these, from $1200 up to $3000+. Considering the condition of this instrument, I think $1750 is a more than fair asking price.
