YOU'VE FOUND US!! We are World Class Piano Gallery, located in Woodstock, GA. We have been in business since 1995. We do business a little differently than most of our competitors. Our goal is to try to take all the risk out of buying a piano online.

First, delivery is free, up to 1000 miles from Atlanta GA, and we accept payment on delivery. What does that mean for you, the consumer? It means that you pay us once the piano has been delivered to your home, set up, and you're satisfied. Otherwise, we will load it back up, and you owe us nothing. It's that simple. You might ask, do people actually send us packing? Rarely, but yes they do. Statistically, about 1 in 40. That equates out to about a 97.5% satisfaction ratio. It isn't perfect, but we are proud of our work, our products, and our customers who have placed their trust in us.
Second, we give you more information up front about the piano you're considering. Our listings will usually have at least 10 pictures, if not more. We include the serial number and age of our products as well. Most dealers hide these things from the consumer, possibly trying to get them to call or inquire. We don't. We give you the details, price, etc. UP FRONT! Hopefully, when you're ready to buy, you'll call US!
Third, EVERY piano we sell (unless otherwise stated in the ad) comes with a 3 year common sense warranty. Simply put, if it breaks, and it shouldn't, then we will fix it. For 3 years. No gimmicks. No bull. No hidden stipulations.

Whether it's by your technician, our technician, or one we contract for you, the first one is on us!
