Pica Portuguese roofing tile once adorned the famous Villa house in Knoxville TN. A beautiful roof covering with an endless lifespan that would make any home new or remodeled look amazing.
Each tile interlocks to the next to ensure a tight bond to keep the water out throughout the entire roof. There are 82 pallets with each pallet containing one full roofing square or 130 tile. Every pallet and every piece has been inspected to be certain there are no cracked or busted tile. Pallets weigh approximately 700lbs. each. $507.31 per roofing square.
