Licensed general contractor seeking a hardworking and reliable site assistant for residential construction project in Oakdale, TN. This hands-on position involves assisting with surveying and foundation layout, installing underground utilities, receiving material deliveries, monitoring subcontractor progress, and general site work.
Reliability and trustworthiness are our top priorities. We're looking for someone who shows up on time, follows through on tasks, and can be counted on day-to-day. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who's eager to develop new skills including surveying techniques and site layout. Construction experience is helpful but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
The role requires physical capability for demanding outdoor work, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently while taking direction well.
