We’re hiring a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner for monthly cleanings at rental homes set up similar to Airbnbs as well as rental move out cleans and renovation clean ups.
Scheduling is flexible. Looking to hire someone who can start this week, 1/19-23.
Service locations:
*Maryville
*Oak Ridge
*Sweetwater
*Madisonville
Pay:
*Pay per house
*Add-ons are paid only when specifically requested and approved and do not apply to standard cleaning tasks.
Duties include:
*General and occasional deep cleaning
*Trash removal
*Before-and-after photos
*Occasional appliance cleaning
*Cleaning tile/grout, hardwood, stainless steel, and granite surfaces
Requirements:
*Proven cleaning experience+
*Clear background (we do background checks)
*Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
*Own cleaning supplies and equipment
*Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
*Can follow a checklist
