compensation: fixed price

We have installed new brick on a home under construction and I am looking for an experienced person to pressure wash the brick to remove excess mortar and general cleanup of brick. I also will have you do some light pressure wash of surrounding sidewalk and asphalt street to simply clean up some of the mud from previous rains. You need to provide the pressure washer. I can provide cleaning supplies. The brick was installed around 6 weeks ago so I want to use a cleaning agent (e.g. Sure Klean 600 or NMD 80) to help dislodge the excess mortar which means the work will consist of (1) wetting of brick, (2) spray on diluted agent (3) wash down and removal of excess mortar and dirt and (4) final rinse. This house is 1-1/2 story so most of the brick is only 9' high but there is one gable end which has brick up to 20' high. Provide me a fixed price and let me know when you can do the work. I am looking for someone with experience in new brick cleaning since this requires knowledge of proper pressure and technique to use to not harm the brick or mortar.
