Weekend & Evening Cleaning Position – Mining Facilities

Multiple locations (Jefferson City, TN, Strawberry Plains, TN, Mascot, TN, New Market, TN)
Kustom Kleaning Services is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to service several mining facility locations. This position is primarily weekend-based with one weekday evening shift and offers consistent hours within a flexible cleaning window.
This is great opportunity for an individual or team! We are also open to hiring multiple people for each different location or one person/team for all locations!
Schedule
Weekend Cleaning (Primary Shifts)
Cleaning may be completed any time after 6:00 PM on Friday through Sunday evening.
Locations and estimated shift lengths:
Jefferson City, TN Mine: 3–4 hours
Mascot, TN Mine: 3–3.5 hours
New Market, TN Mine (multiple buildings): 3–3.5 hours
New Market, TN (other buildings): two safety trailers, mill house office/change house, and warehouse office
Strawberry Plains, TN Mine: 2.5–3 hours
Mid-Week Shift
New Market Mine – Building 5
Wednesdays between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM
Estimated 3–3.5 hours
Also cleaned on weekends within the standard weekend window
Monthly Detail Clean
Strawberry Plains Corporate Building (once per month, typically the last weekend)
Usually Saturdays or Sundays around 2:00 PM
3–4 hours per clean
Includes standard cleaning plus washing bedding and towels (washers onsite)
Pay
$20 per hour
Estimated hours: approximately 12–18 hours per week, plus one monthly detail clean.
Job Duties
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
Restroom cleaning and restocking
Trash removal
Breakroom and office cleaning
Detail work as needed
Occasional laundry (monthly corporate building clean)
Qualifications
Reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Dependable and consistent attendance
Cleaning experience preferred but not required (training provided)
Background check and professional references required
