in manufacturing and trades. You will work closely with our experienced CNC operators to
prepare materials, load machines, and maintain an efficient workspace. No prior stone experience
is required; we will train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Material Handling: Sort, organize, and track stone slabs and cut pieces.
Machine Loading: Safely load raw stone materials onto CNC machines.
Machine Unloading: Carefully unload finished parts from machines.
Quality Control: Check pieces for defects and assist with staging.
Shop Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Measurement: Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
Instruction: Strong ability to listen, understand, and follow oral and written directions.
Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic.
Safety Mindset: Commitment to wearing required safety gear and following procedures.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
Lifting: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
Stamina: Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for an 8-hour shift.
Agility: Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, and reaching.
Environment: Ability to work in a noisy, wet, and dusty industrial shop environment.
