🔧 Job Responsibilities
The Moving Supervisor/Driver will be responsible for:
Driving & Vehicle Responsibilities
• Safely operate 26-ft box trucks with liftgates/ ramp
• Conduct pre-trip & post-trip inspections
• Maintain clean MVR and follow DOT safety standards
• Handle local and regional routes as needed
Leadership & Crew Management
• Lead moving crews on jobs
• Train new movers on lifting, packing, and loading techniques
• Ensure all moves are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally
• Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch
Moving & Customer Service
• Pack, wrap, and protect customer items
• Load and unload trucks using proper techniques
• Resolve customer concerns on-site
• Represent Liberty Pro Moving with a positive, respectful attitude

📝 Requirements
Candidates must meet the following:
Driving Requirements
• Vald Tennessee driver’s license
• Clean MVR (no DUIs, major violations, or excessive points)
• Experience driving 26-ft box trucks
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation to and from work
Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of moving experience preferred
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
• Experience supervising a crew (lead mover/driver experience strongly preferred)
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Professional attitude, clean appearance

🔥 Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
• DOT medical card
• Experience with dispatch apps (e.g., Bellhop, MoveitPro, Oncue)
• Experience working with storage facilities
• Knowledge of load balancing and proper tie-down methods
