I had a friend that made custom ink pens as a hobby. I suggested he do something with dragons when GOT was wrapping up. The coper dragon hardware pen kit alone is $40. You truly will never find another pen like it. My friend mixes the polymer himself. I have two pens, that he made. This one is much heavier and needs to sit on a desk, which I don't have.
