New. NEVER used except to demonstrate operation by people who installed it. My parents had it installed right before my father passed away. Car or lift were never used after installation of this lift.
They paid $3,200 for it. Medicare did not cover it because he was not completely disabled. They bought it because my mom couldn't fold and lift the wheelchair with her bad shoulder. Good opportunity to save A THIRD of the cost. Possibly more in trade. See my list of interests below. Requires receiver hitch , battery voltage and ground. Has manual override in case you lose power.
I can run power and ground wires for you for another $100 (materials).
You could also probably get it done at a Uhaul hitch center or car stereo shop or general auto repair shop. Or do it yourself.

I'd take substantially less than the listed price price in trade for firearms. Especially for Kimber 82 in 22LR (made in Oregon only ) ,Ruger Red Label 12 gauge, new colt python , nice 15 HP outboard motor. Maybe open to other firearms for trade.
May consider Fender stratocasters made in USA or Japan or fender deluxe reverb amp
