We are experimenting with miniature Dexter cows this year and have a young steer for sale. I hear from other farmers that this breed is very marbled and tasty. We shall see. Half share is $1900 and whole share is $3800. Should yield around 200 and 400 lbs of USDA-inspected take-home cuts, respectfully. He is on pasture and feed now. Should be full-size by Mar-Apr 2026.
