This is a brand new Tempur Pedic 9" Foundation (acts as a boxspring) that fits Queen size (80" x 60") mattresses. Tempur Pedic recommends their proprietary Foundation instead of using a box spring on their mattresses.
The price is $225 for quick sale and is much less than the price of $380 as seen on mattress store ads on the internet. It's relativity light and easy to transport in a pick-up truck.
See pictures showing Foundation (9" model is same height as a normal box spring) which is still in its protective wrapping.
