About my images:
First 3 pics are from a 100 yard pour that is a turndown footer for a stick framed commercial building in Middle Tn. I excavated the land and put it on grade, dug the footers, installed the gravel and then plastic(vapor-barrier) then poured 100 yards of concrete with a slick machined finish
The next set(or the next 3) was a land clearing project in Knoxville. I removed several trees, graded the land to make it flat then put in road ballast as a base with #57 gravel on top to create a 200'gravel driveway and also installed a culvert
The next 3 images are of a 24x36 exterior pad with a 24" stamped stone border in Sweetwater. I excavated and graded the land, formed the dimensions,me and one of my guys poured and finished the slab
The next 5 images are of a 40x80 monolithic slab 6" in Kingston. I did the final grade (as the propertyowner had it pretty much leveled off already),added the gravel then graded it,installed the rebar, formed it and machine finished the concrete to give it its smooth appearance,it took 80 yards to finish this slab
Next 5 images are for a 2' turndown footer for a garage in Seymour. Concrete was machine finished and turned out really well, this was a repeat customer as I had previously done some work on his commercial building
Last 5 images are of a retaining wall and a combination of a 36x24 interior slab for a garage and an exterior broom finished walkway(5 feet wide around the building) that would be going up after the concrete had been poured. I removed 10' of earth to level out the area, dug the footers for the block, laid the corners for the block for my crew to come in to lay the walls with 12" block. The walls were built with rebar inside of them and concrete filling the block cells all the way to the top where there was rebar. Once the walls were up I took precise measurments to lay out exactly where the building was to go to have the machine finished concrete in the garage and the broom finished concrete for the walkway around the building, there was also a drain installed to allow for water to escape from behind the building
