Our event has been one of the top rated conferences in this space and has been around for a decade. This network of e-Commerce & Amazon sellers is above all else. Networking at our events is a huge reason why our event is and has been a success for such a long-time!

Currently the conference is organized by the Owner. He obtains the sponsorships and the relationships with speakers. Typically the Sponsors and Speakers book out for a year contract or longer at a time.

That being said our revenue comes from Sponsorships, Speakers and Attendee Ticket Sales.

Currently we have myself, 1 Employee, and 1 VA. The employee is responsible for responding to emails, and setting up meetings with potential speakers/sponsors. The VA sends out emails as well, responds to incoming sponsorship emails, scouts new events and sponsors and compiles them in our google sheet.

Most of our hours worked is as needed basis, meaning that once we fill the speaking slots, sponsorships and ticket sales are most of all we work on. This could be 4-5 hours a day to 8-10 hours today it really varies based on how many tickets are currently sold, deadlines with the event and revenue needed.

As our event has a sliding ticket registration fee most tend to sign-up between July & December and then now again until between April & July(right before the event).

We haven't spent much on marketing in the last 10 years. All of our attendees come from Word of Mouth, Free Social Media Posts, Our Email List, Press Releases, Returning Alumni, and Speaker/Sponsor Marketing Images. This has allowed us to yield the results as you see on our P&L statements and Financials.

The conference could easily be taken to the next level by someone who will properly market the event on social media, radio, billboard, etc.

Take this from 250-300 attendees to 500-1000 attendees within 1-3 years time while making a profit!

This business model is not hard by any means, but would be perfect for someone who understands e-Commerce, Amazon, Entrepreneurship, and or is an Investor.

The sole reason for the sale is medical issues. Without saying much more this event is on of my baby's and I want to see it succeed and grow. Which is why I am willing to train the new owner over an appropriate timeline.
