I own a full service restaurant and lounge with a liquor license and tons of untapped potential for a new, energetic owner. I am simply getting too old for the grind, so I've decided to take on a 50% partner who would have complete control and a $1,000 per week salary!.. I have more than twelve years of history at a great location with an incredible lease, and I have been profitable for the past seven years,.. even through the pandemic. Now, I need someone to pass the baton to, but it has to be an experienced, dedicated individual who understands the rigors of running a restaurant. So, if you're a qualified candidate who's looking to start your own place, and you want to avoid years of operating in the red, then we need to talk!
