WOW! This flashlight has a removable hollow pumpkin topper that glows bright orange when the flashlight is turned on. It takes 2 AA batteries, NOT INCLUDED. The treat bag has an attached carry strap and springy circular rings inside that keep it popped open, but then allow it to be stored in a collapsed flattened position. The material is thin enough for you to place the flashlight inside causing the bag to light up so your child doesn't have to juggle a bag and a flashlight to be seen by cars.
