3-2 With an Awesome Country View.

Available June 1, 2024.

For Lease: 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Split Bedroom Plan, Smoke-Free, Super Single Mobile Home on about a two-acre lot for $1025.00 rent per month and a $1,500 deposit.

This residence is not in a trailer park and housing vouchers and section 8 housing assistance payments are not acceptable.

I will try and answer your questions, but am already overwhelmed with people interested. Please be patient.

This is Country Living on the side of a small mountain with awesome views of Sweetwater Valley, and beyond.

Many evenings on the front porch offers breathtaking views that might help you shake off the day's aggravation.

The outside of the unit is decent for a mobile home, but probably won't make the cover of "Better Homes and Gardens". The inside was renovated about ten years ago and is now closer to a regular house than a mobile home.

It has a picture window in the living room, regular-sized front door, central A/C and Heat, real tile throughout (no carpet), an electric stove, a refrigerator, and washer and dryer hookups inside the unit.

One thing you’ll definitely find luxurious after a bath or shower (during the colder months) are ceiling "Heat Lamps" in each bathroom right outside the tub or shower stall.

Right up front, there is absolutely NO SMOKING of ANYTHING inside the unit (including incense).

One small "inside" lap dog might be allowed as long as owner meets and approves of him/her/it. Please don't waste your time or mine on asking me about any pet but a small (less than 20lbs) lap dog. There are absolutely no cats, other dogs, or other animals chained, caged, or otherwise allowed inside or outside.

Tenant will be responsible to put all utilities in tenants name before moving anything into the unit.

There is wireless internet and satellite TV in this area…cable has not yet made it’s way there yet, but there are signs to be optimistic.

This property is in Deep Red Clay territory and has very steep slopes in front and steep heavily wooded property behind, and as such is not very good for children to play outside because red clay will stain everything your child has...including your son or daughter.

This unit is in the country, and as such, people who are interested in renting this unit should understand that "country" means beautiful peacefulness, privacy, and nature all around you, but it also means you shouldn't be squeamish about animals and bugs.
Renting this unit will require the tenant to do some manual maintenance labor.
Owner takes care of cutting grass, but tenant is required to perform other maintenance like clearing the gutters and grading the gravel driveway periodically.

The first month's rent along with a security deposit of $1,500 is due in cash or bank cashier's check upon signing of the lease.

The ideal tenant will, among other things, be an established renter, will have a clean background, be employed by the same employer for at least two years, and should have better than average verifiable net monthly income.

All prospective residents over 18 years old will have to fill out a rental application.
All will have to pass background investigations for things like criminal, employment, credit, eviction, and residence history; which will cost about $50 each and be billed directly to you by a background investigation company like TransUnion (not the owner).
The results of each investigation will be sent directly to tenant and owner.

If you treasure "an awesome view and a bit of privacy" more than the outside appearance, this unit may be what you have been looking for.

Here are some videos of the rental.
