The lease ends July 31st and the move in date is very negotiable, around june 1, but earlier if you need! My room is painted pink and turqiouse, but i can repaint it if you do not want these colors. This room shares a bathroom with another room, but this girl will be living at home for most of the summer, so it is pretty much a shower to yourself.
