I got an internship offer in another city; so I am looking for a female to sublease my apartment (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom) for the summer (from June, 1st till August, 15th-20th).
The price is $375 per month+utilities (water is included in the rent).
Apartment is furnished.
Location is great – 2-min walk to the university and 5 minutes to downtown.
