I signed a lease to stay in my home at the Woodlands and my plans have changed. I need someone to take it over. It's not a sublease, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease and replace me in the house.
- 3-bedroom townhouse at the Woodlands Phase II (it was brand new in Fall 2007 and is basically in the same condition it was then)
- 2 stories, with 1 bedroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs (plenty of closets, spacious bedrooms, big common area with living room, dining area, and full kitchen with a microwave, garbage disposal, and all other appliances)
- Common area has wood floors, stairs and bedrooms are carpeted, and bathrooms have tile flooring
- Washer/dryer
- Gated community
- Pets allowed (for an extra fee)
- 5-minute drive to campus, free shuttle also available
- Pools, gym, clubhouse, movie theater, tennis/basketball/sand volleyball courts, putting green, free parties/events, scenic trails, stand-up tanning, walking/hiking trails, etc.
- Awesome college atmosphere with a community consisting almost entirely of other students and young people!
- Quiet, peaceful community
- Your friends will be really jealous!
Your other two roommates would be Austin Sabel and Dustin Martin. Facebook them! They are really laid-back, fun, nice guys and really easy to get along with. In the fall, Austin will be a sophomore and Dustin will be a junior. They take their academics very seriously, but they are also very serious about having a good time when it's time to unwind. There's no preference as to whether the 3rd roommate is a guy or girl. If it is a girl, she can have the downstairs bedroom for the sake of privacy, if she wished. Ideally, we would like someone who is down-to-earth, chill, mature, respectful, and responsible.
