I am moving at the end of May and I need a college age, non smoking female to live in my apartment from June to mid August. The lease for my roommate and I runs out in August, but if you wish to stay in the apartment you may sign a new lease to do so. The rent is negotiable.
It is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom small apartment at University Heights. The apartment complex has a pool, jacuzzi, free tanning, free gym, and free parking.
The apartment is completely furnished- with a bed, 2 dressers, and a desk in the bedroom. My roommate is a recent UT grad, rarely home, very nice, clean, organized, and a non-smoker.
