One room sublease for the summer in the condos of Cherokee Bluff (located right before the Woodlands). It's a 3-bedroom condo with just one other person so far for the summer. Has a garage, washer/dryer, big kitchen with lots of space, pool (with a great view of UT campus and downtown), and security. Room would be left with a bed, tv, dresser, desk, and side table. The room also has a large closet. Would possibly have to share bathroom with one other person.
Sublease would start mid-May to July 31. Rent does not include utilities, but are usually about $70-$100. Dogs welcome!(If you want someone or know of someone else who needs a summer sublease, my other roommate is also looking for someone to sublease her room!)
