I am subleasing my apartment in a 3BR/3Bathroom for the summer (May-August) The apartment is about a five minute walk to UT campus and a ten minute walk to downtown Knoxville. Your roommates would be 2 guys, probably moving out in June. You would not be responsible for their rent though, independent leases. Girls and guys are welcome if interested. Because I really need to sublease I would be willing to negotiate the rent and move in dates. Right now the rent is $425 plus utilities.
