You can lease any number of the fully furnished 4 bedrooms within walking distance to the university campus. The Commons apartment, located at 1109 Highland Avenue, is perfect for summer leasing!
Each bedroom has an individual lease of only $395 a month, then the parking space is available for $35 a month (however, if you don’t need the parking spot that is not a problem). The apartment includes a washer/dryer, water, cable with HBO, and Internet. You will only be responsible for electricity.
