$400 Room for Summer in fort- negotiable on EVERYTHING!

I am posting this to rent out my room for the months of May through August. The apartment complex is in the fort, so about 2 minutes walking distance from UTK. However, I will not be there regardless or not if I find anyone, so I am negotiable on everything. Even if you only feel like staying for one month, that is fine. Also, the original rent is $450 for the room, but I am willing to drop it down to basically anything (reasonable).
You would have your own big bedroom, and own full bathroom. You'd share a HUGH living room and a kitchen with 2 other people (2 girls). I'd prefer a girl, but will def. consider a nice man! Also, the bedroom can come fully furnished or not at all, or even just slightly furnished (You can pick the furniture you want to stay or leave!)
