I am looking for a female sublet in a 2BR/2BA apartment. Only 7 minutes from UT campus and like 2 minutes from downtown! GREAT apartment! The rent is $500/month which includes everything(water,electricity,cable w/HBO, and internet). There is a pool, hot tub, weight room, game room, FREE tanning bed and FREE parking! I can be out by May 6 or 7 and it runs through August with a further lease option. I will pay the lease transfer fee and I will also give you $100 cash which would make the rent $450/month!
