This apartment is a 2-bedroom which includes a bathroom, kitchen and private porch. The other girl won't be living here this summer so there is the possibility that you would have the apartment to yourself.
$400/month (includes utilities, except cable) for June and July. I will be moving out mid-May, so it will be available for move-in at the end of May for no expense. If you need to stay for part of August we can work something out.
Other rooms/apartments in the house are available for summer sublet so your friends could move in as well!
