Subleasing for May-August. The apartment is in Gateway @ Knoxville, formerly Crossing Place. I live with 3 great girls who will be in and out all Summer. One of them is going home for awhile and one is going out of town for almost a month. I am taking an internship in Nashville all summer so I just need someone to sublease. You would have your own bedroom and sink you would share the bathroom area with a girl who will be out of town for a majority of the summer. There is a washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, over, microwave, fridge, this is all already in the apt.You will have 24 hour access to the fitness room, there is a pool and hot tub, tennis courts, volleyball court, and basketball courts.
