In the kitchen/dining/living room area we have a suede type couch, chair, and coffee table. Will have a table to eat at if you want to grill out. Also, we have a deck type thing where there is a grill and lawn chairs, makes for a nice spot to chill out. Brand new refridgerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave- all by General Electric.
So just about everything is furnished outside of their bedrooms.
The place is super nice on the outside with basketball courts, tennis courts, theater, sand volleyball court, 2 pools w/ fireplaces, fitness room, billiards room, etc. This is a gated community as well.
