I am offering up my apartment at The Commons for sublease until the beginning of August. After that time, if you still want to live in the apartment, you will be able to sign a new lease at the same rate!
I currently live with 3 really great, friendly female roommates. They are not at all intrusive or noisy. They are very clean, and very respectful of your space and privacy.
The apartment is located on Grand Ave. and 16th Street. It is fully furnished and comes with a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as a dishwasher in the kitchen. The kitchen is a full kitchen, fully furnished. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom as well as keyed entry into your room. The complex is within walking distance of the University of Tennessee campus. Parking is an extra $50/month, however there is PLENTY of parking on the side streets adjacent to the complex if you don't wish to purchase a pass (the spaces are limited).
Rent is $435/month plus a $100 deposit, however I have already paid this month's rent so APRIL'S RENT IS FREE! Water, free high-speed internet access, and cable with HBO are included FREE! The only other bill is the electric bill which doesn't run more than $20/month. The complex is very nice and safe, and a boasts a really great atmosphere!
