One bedroom and one bath available in a four bedroom four bath apartment in The Woodlands of Knoxville apt. complex. This complex is 2 miles from campus and has a shuttle bus that runs directly to campus. The best part of living here is the amnenities - pool, gym, tanning bed, and computer lab. The only bill you would be responsible for is 1/4 of the utilities (which normally runs around $30 a piece).
You will be living with three girls that are 22-23 years old and attend UT. They are all clean, respectful and most of all - FUN. They like to go to bars on the weekends but normally don't throw parties at the apt. Pre-game fiestas sometimes happen before going out, but this usually only involves 10-15 people.
The lease is up on July 25th, but I believe you have a chance to renew then if you would like. The apt is furnished, except for the available room, and my roomate is selling her bedroom furniture, so you could probably buy that from her very cheap, if you need to.
Pets are welcome with a deposit.
