I am looking to sublease my apartment for the summer. I am leaving in May and need to find a replacement very soon. You would obviously have your own room and your own bedroom. There are two other roommates we have all lived here for two years. The apartment is within a 5 minute walk to UT campus and convenient to downtown Knoxville.
