I am graduating in May and need someone to sublease my unfurnished apartment for the remainder of the summer in Fort Sanders neighborhood near UT campus. It will available May 10-August 11. Rent is $550 (negotiable) a month but includes cable TV, high speed internet, water, and parking.
Super to close to campus and the Strip!
I am moving out all of my belongings but would be willing to leave my couch (with pull-out) and a desk for new tenant.
I am desperate to find a subleaser since I am moving right after graduation!!!
