I am living in a nice spacious townhouse that is set up really well for a roommate.

The place is 1280 sq ft, and has a lot of communal storage, as well as great closet space in the bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's own bath, and there is plenty of room for a desk in there as well as a queen size bed and dressers.

I will be slowly furnishing the common areas as I live here. But currently all that I have is a desk, couch, and sofa as well as the standard household items.
