Two females (23 and 24) looking for a mature, clean, and responsible graduate student/professional to move in July/August 2008 in a beautiful bedroom 2 bath riverfront condo with a pool. Condo has washer, dryer, dishwasher, and balcony. Rent includes cable, water, internet, parking, and trash pickup. We do have two cats and a visiting dog, all of which are extremely friendly and sweet. Lots of light and recently built...it is a gorgeous place to live.
