Looking for a dependable family friendly person to rent a nice room in our 2 story, 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house. We live a few minutes from I-40 and Turkey Creek and one mile from Pellissippi Pkwy. You will have access to the upstairs hall bathroom and the downstairs living room, kitchen, dining room, deck, BBQ and neighborhood pool. Parking infront of house.
We ask for you to be child friendly and please tidy up after yourself.
No pets, no smoking. No alcohol is allowed in the house due to small children living here.
