I have a room available in an great two bedroom apartment on the West side (best side) of knoxville. It is the master bedroom with walk in closet and bathroom with an entrance only from the bedroom. It's spacious and on the third floor so it has high ceilings and balcony. The apartment complex, Walkers Crossing, has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, free fitness center, and is located less than a mile from restaurants, the mall, and other shopping. I live now with a 25 yr old, great female roommate. Male or Female is fine. The lease is from June-january. Move in date and rent are somewhat negotiable.
